Terms & Conditions

The Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between LinguaFrame S.L. (hereafter referred to as "LinguaFrame") and you (hereafter the "Customer") in relation to transactions carried out via the website www.linguaframe.com. The website www.linguaframe.com is owned by LinguaFrame, a company legally established in Spain with the NIF B18968461.

Acceptance
When the Customer buys a product he/she must tick the box "I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions" to express his/her acceptance to each and every one of the Terms and Conditions, which are set out below. From the moment of acceptance, the user becomes a Customer of LinguaFrame as described in these Terms and Conditions. Any product offered subsequently by LinguaFrame must be subject to a new contract.

Prices
Product prices are clearly indicated on the  website on the date of the order, and include VAT (Value Added Tax). Special offers are clearly marked to indicate the normal price and the special offer price.

LinguaFrame reserves the right, at any time and without prior warning, to make any changes that it considers necessary to the products and services offered in order to respond to market conditions.

Delivery charges are always clearly indicated in the checkout process. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, LinguaFrame is not responsible for any import charges, taxes or customs duties.

Payment

• Orders can be paid for using any of the credit/debit cards listed below:
  Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, JCB, Diners Club
• Payments can also be made by bank transfer.

Delivery
The date of delivery to the Customer's address depends on the location. Before confirming the order, the Customer will be given information about the expected delivery time. Nevertheless, the delivery date can vary according to the specific circumstances of each order. In particular, the delivery time can be affected by unexpected transport problems.

If the Customer does not receive the order within the indicated time he/she can get in touch with LinguaFrame via the contact page.

Cancellation
LinguaFrame allows the Customer to cancel orders at no cost whatsoever, provided that LinguaFrame receives the cancellation before the order has been handed over to the shipping company for delivery. If the order has already been passed on to the shipping company, the Customer must wait until the order arrives and arrange to return it as detailed below.

Returns
LinguaFrame's policy, which complies with current legislation in Spain, is to allow the Customer to return any book within 14 days of receiving it. The Customer does not need to provide any reason or explanation for their decision: any book returned in good condition (in appropriate packaging and unused) will be accepted.

LinguaFrame promises to refund the Customer within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Before returning the item, the Customer should inform LinguaFrame of their intention, so that LinguaFrame can tell the Customer how to return the item. It is essential for the Customer to inform LinguaFrame in advance, and items cannot be accepted on a collect on delivery basis if they have been sent by a different method of transport than the one specified by LinguaFrame.

Conditions of return:

• If the reason for the return is that the book is in unacceptable condition, or does not match the customer’s order, LinguaFrame will pay for the cost of returning the book.
• In all other cases, LinguaFrame will refund the cost of the product, but not the shipping costs, nor the cost of returning the book.
• The refund will be made by the same method as used by the Customer to buy the book.
• If the Customer has any questions related to the return of our books, they can contact LinguaFrame using the contact form.

Requirements for purchases
In order to purchase a product, the Customer only needs to complete the purchase forms, entering the relevant personal and payment details.

Once the order has been received, LinguaFrame will immediately send the Customer a confirmation of the order by e-mail to the address entered by the Customer on the order form.

LinguaFrame’s responsibilities
The availability of the online shop is directly dependent on the systems used for its publication, and in particular the Internet, which means that LinguaFrame cannot take responsibility for any interruptions, delays, errors and other inconveniences caused by matters beyond its control, including problems arising from connection software, IT systems, modems, the electricity supply or communication networks.

The Customer’s responsibilities
The Customer vouches for the truthfulness and accuracy of the details provided in the purchase forms, to prevent any harm to LinguaFrame’s interests that might be caused by their inaccuracy.

The Customer also undertakes to enable delivery of the product by providing a delivery address to which the items ordered can be delivered.

If the order is rejected by the Customer, LinguaFrame will not refund the shipping costs, which will instead be covered by the Customer.

Privacy policy

LinguaFrame does not collect or store any personal information whatsoever unless the Customer chooses to contact LinguaFrame via one of the forms on the website, or otherwise chooses to provide their information.

If the user or Customer provides LinguaFrame with information by entering it in one of the online forms, it will be kept private and confidential, and will be held only for the purpose of contacting the user or Customer with information related to LinguaFrame's business. Pursuant to the Act on Information Society Services and E-Commerce (LSSICE) and the Spanish Data Protection Act 15/1999 (Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de Protección de Datos Española), LinguaFrame undertakes to treat the personal information of the user or Customer in complete confidentiality. All of the information sent to LinguaFrame by means of the forms on this website will be held on a database secured in accordance with the abovementioned legislation.

LinguaFrame does not sell or share the information provided to it by the users or Customer with any other entity or organisation. Contact details will only be used to provide the users or Customer with information that we believe may be of interest to them.

The Customer is at all times entitled to contact LinguaFrame to check, correct or remove the information that it holds about them on its database, and can also ask to stop receiving information from LinguaFrame by using the contact form.

Intellectual property rights
All of the content of this website, such as the text, photographs, videos, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, as well as the design and source code, together represent a piece of intellectual property that belongs to LinguaFrame, and no rights are surrendered to users beyond those that are strictly necessary for the proper use of the website.

Jurisdiction and choice of law
All of the transactions that are carried out on www.linguaframe.com are governed by Spanish law.

The parties agree to be bound by the decisions of the courts of Granada, Spain, for the resolution of any dispute that may arise over the interpretation or implementation of the terms and conditions set out above, and expressly waive any other jurisdiction that may apply.
