History – ESO 4 Extended was published in April 2021. It covers the period of history that starts with the Ancien Régime and ends with the world we live in today. We explain the key political events, including the American and French Revolutions, the two World Wars and the Cold War. We also look at the great economic and social changes over this period, taking in the Industrial Revolution and the changing role of women. 

As well as international events, we look at Spain’s history over the past three centuries.

History – ESO 4 Extended covers the curriculum for the fourth year of ESO in greater depth than our other textbook for this level, so it is ideal for schools that teach all or a significant part of the subject in English.
